At Petals Lagos, we are committed to delivering refined activewear made with purpose and precision. Please read our in-store returns and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refunds
Refunds may be issued in rare cases, such as:
Confirmed shipping errors
Defective items received
Wrong orders received
Where applicable, refunds are made to the original payment method after review.
All other purchases are considered final.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days from the date of approval.
2. Store Credit
If a refund is not applicable, we may offer store credit equal to the original purchase amount.

Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used on any future in-store purchase.
Once your item is inspected and approved, your store credit will be processed within 10 business days.

We offer exchanges for sizing issues only, and they are strictly subject to the following conditions:Β
- The item must be in new, unworn condition with tags intact

- Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours (2 days) of purchase

- Exchange requests are subject to product availability and inspection

- Customers in Lagos are responsible for bringing the item back to the store

- Customers outside Lagos may return items via DHL or GIGL at their own cost

- Exchanges are not guaranteed and are assessed upon return
4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Thongs, bras, bodysuits, or other intimate items

Worn, damaged, or washed items

Items returned without prior request or outside the 48-hour window
5. How to Start an Exchange or Request Store Credit
To initiate a store credit or exchange:

Contact us via WhatsApp or customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order

Do not return any item without prior communication

Our team will assess and share the next steps if your request is approved
6. Incorrect or Damaged Items at Point of Sale
If you realize that an item was wrongly packed or damaged upon delivery:

Kindly return to the store within 48 hours

Our team will assess and rectify the issue accordingly

Where we are at fault, a swift resolution will be provided at no extra cost
