Return & Refund Policy

At Petals Lagos, we are committed to delivering refined activewear made with purpose and precision. We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, please review our policy below to understand your options.

1. General Return Policy We accept returns for Store Credit or Exchange on eligible items. We do not offer cash refunds unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

  • Return Window: You must initiate your return or exchange request within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.          
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. How to Return You can return your items using one of the following methods:

  • In-Store Drop Off: Visit our store at Mosun Mall, Ikate, Lagos. There is no fee for in-store returns.
  • By Mail: Customers outside Lagos or those unable to visit the store may return items via a courier of their choice (e.g., DHL, GIGL).
  • Note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions) For hygiene and policy reasons, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and intimate apparel.
  • Items purchased during a Sale, Clearance, or "Flash Sale" event.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Items that show signs of wear, makeup stains, or damage.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a Store Credit code equal to the purchase price. This credit is valid for 12 months and can be used on any future purchase.
  • Cash Refunds: Cash refunds are only issued in the event of a verified merchant error (e.g., we sent the wrong size/item) or a manufacturing defect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) via WhatsApp or email.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Petals Lagos will cover the shipping costs for rectifying our errors.
