Placed my order on 11th of November, paid for delivery fee shown to me on your site N75,000 to Canada. Wrote to you guys on update with my orders after one week of not hearing anything, it took you guys few days to respond with a change in delivery fee of N135,800. This made me change the location to be delivered in a Nigeria address instead and i asked if i can order one more thing with my initial delivery fee of 75,000 and pay the difference so they can be sent together. Till now, no response on that rather when i mailed you guys again about my money; you are telling me the money cant be refunded. That it has been kept for me for future order and that is the only option because i changed my delivery address. The manner of response or who is behind those keyboard responding to customers need to be worked on.

The trio set is very nice and comfy as with the other petals outfit I got. However, I specifically said I have a big burst and it should be considered while packing my order, which wasn’t considered at all as the bra top is not my size.
